We only use Courier Providers to ship your products. Depending on where you’re located DHL, FEDEX,TNT, ELTA will delivery your package

Indeed. We ship anywhere in the world (excluding Ukraine, Russia, Brazil)

We ship from Greece. Usually European Customers will get their products in 2-4 days. For customers in the United States expect a 4-8 days delivery.

 

We charge a flat rate shipping regardless of the quantity or weight of your items.

Yes. You can return any of the items you purchased with no questions asked up to 15 days from the date you receive them. Please note : High Valued memorabilia must be returned unopened. Just ship them via your preferred shipping carrier to Emil – Rathskellers : Agiou Stephanou 8, 56429, N. Efkarpia, Thessaloniki, Greece. Make sure you send us an email ([email protected]) and provide us the tracking number.

We use Stripe as our payments gateway. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD & AMEX credit/debit cards. Depending on where you live you may also have local payment methods available automatically via our system (for example Giropay for Germany, iDEAL for Netherlands, Sofort for Central Europe and etc)

Orders & Returns

Unfortunately you can’t make changes to an order after you place it due to the nature of our warehouse processing. You can however cancel the whole order and we will refund you the total.

When we have everything prepared for you, our system will send you an Official Invoice with your payment, and a tracking number via email. You can also monitor the status and track your order by visiting the My Account page via the main menu.
